We booked two excursions through this company, First one was good no issues, Second one was to rent a private boat which was cancelled due to the weather totally understandable no issue, We went back to the office to get our refund as we were returning home the next day, To find no one at the office, He told us he would be there from 9am everyday, And would see us off on the boat, So we hung about standing about outside the office messaging him and phoning no reply, We eventually gave up at 1040 with worry that our money was gone, Anyway we headed back to the hotel and eventually got a phone call back 2 hours later from the rep to be informed his boss told him to just take the day off due to the weather and he’d just gotten out his bed, To which I said to him could you not of messaged us in the morning to inform us you wouldn’t be in so we wouldn’t have that worry when there was no sign of you at the office and his response was, I have over 200 people to deal with the boat company should have told you it was cancelled, Which they did but he wouldn’t understand my point of the fact we were hanging about for over an hour and a half at his office awaiting our refund. Meanwhile he was fast asleep in his bed, It stats the office is open 7 days a week, He wasn’t very apologetic at the time, Anyway we spoke to him and he told us to come back the next day luckily our flight wasn’t til the evening so we had time to go back to the harbour which was €6 each way!! We got our refund and he did apologise for not being in and leaving us worried, A little message in the morning would of done.

Very happy, the bus was on time and easy to fine. The driver was really helpful, keeping a child’s dummy that we didn’t realise we had left behind, and giving it back on the return journey.
